Network Maintenance - Latham NY

Our engineering staff will be conducting network maintenance effecting an upstream service provider Tuesday September 4th from 12 AM to 3 AM. During this window, you may see degraded network performance for up to a 30 minute period. At the conclusion of this 30 minute window, network performance will be restored to full capacity.

Our engineering staff will be conducting routine maintenance Tuesday April 17th starting at 7 AM on our core distribution network in the Latham NY facility. This is expected to conclude by 8 AM local time. No interruptions to service are expected thanks to our integrated network redundancy. You may see a brief disruption to DNS resolution if you're using on-network resolvers 208.85.1.2 or 173.233.74.222. Secondary and tertiary DNS resolvers, as well as any off network DNS

Non-impacting Power Maintenance - Los Angeles, CA

This applies to customers hosted in the LA facility only. March 23rd, 8 AM through 5 PM Pacific time, the Los Angeles data center facility will be operating on secondary utility and generator power sources. The Department of Water & Power will be performing maintenance on a nearby transformer.
