Helpdesk Error: "Invalid username or password"

Due to a recent software upgrade of our helpdesk, some users are receiving an error "Invalid username or password" when attempting to view or create tickets through the billing system.

Our development team is working to resolve the problem. In the meantime, you can access or create tickets the following ways:

1.) Log into the helpdesk directly, our support team can provide you with a username and password for direct helpdesk access, not through the billing system.

2.) Email or reply to helpdesk@turnkeyinternet.net using your mail client, webmail, Outlook, etc.

3.) Click "Submit a Ticket" above on our helpdesk landing page, and contact our Sales team.
