To our valued local colocation customers:
TurnKey Internet's management team has been closely monitoring developments and advice from local and federal authorities regarding the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. While the situation remains very fluid and changes daily, we feel it is in the best interest of the company, and our staff, to act responsibly and in the best interest of all during this time.
Effective Monday March 16th 2020 we will be encouraging all staff members to work remotely for the next two weeks. All support channels including phones, live chat, and helpdesk, will remain open online and staffed 24/7 during this time. 
We are asking any on site access requests to be limited to emergencies only, but our team will remain on call to provide access to any and all customers who require it. We also ask that you continue to email or call ahead to coordinate and schedule access to ensure a staff member is on site. In the event of an unscheduled visit, an emergency access number is posted on the front of our building.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
