Colocation Access Policies 2020 [COVID-19]

TurnKey Internet's management team has been closely monitoring developments and advice from local and federal authorities regarding the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. While the situation remains very fluid and continues to change almost daily, we feel it is in the best interest of the company, and our staff, to act responsibly and in the best interest of all during this time.
Our staff will continue to work on site and remotely under New York State’s phase I guidelines for reopening. All support channels including phones, live chat, and helpdesk, have remained open online and staffed 24/7 during this time and will continue to be while we progress through these next stages of returning to normalcy.
Our team is reaching out to communicate the following additions to our colocation access policies, in light of these recent changes and global events.
We also ask that you continue to email or call ahead to coordinate and schedule access to ensure your visit is not overlapping with other customers. In the event of an unscheduled visit, an emergency access number is posted on the front of our building to request access.
